STRENGTHEN SKILLS

Get to know TAH and build your competencies by selecting us as the place to complete your small animal practice elective. We offer a 3-month induction process as you start your employment, as well as a 12-month Vet Graduate Mentoring Programme supporting new vets to refine and focus their knowledge, grow in confidence and assist in an easier transition into the profession.

SUPPORT WELLNESS

TAH believes in 'caring for the carer’ to ensure that our vets and nurses can maintain a healthy work-life balance. We offer a paid-for Employee Assistance Programme that provides counselling and support to all staff. Wellness group coaching is being introduced to equip staff with stress management, resilience and decision-making skills.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

TAH is committed to reuniting lost pets with their owners, assisting with the lost pets that are handed in at our practices. Our vets donate their time to support their local welfare organisations that vaccinate and sterilise animals. TAH practices also offer reduced rates for services to partnered welfare organisations. Staff are also encouraged to support pet welfare organisations of choice.
